Vanilla Beans

Today, I discovered that my local grocery store (Martins) sells whole raw vanilla beans. Also, they seem super cheap! I bought 6 beans for only $2.56.

Curiously, how much does everyone else pay for vanilla beans? This is the first time I've ever bought them....and mmmmm how yummy they smell!

that is damn cheap, maybe even a misprint, so you might want to pick up some more and store in the freezer:D . i'm used to paying like $6 for two or maybe three. and online they are expensive too. maybe its just me and i can't find a cheap(er) resource for that, but all that i've seen are kinda expensive. so my suggestion is pick up a few more

wow, i feel like i hit the jackpot :)

i don't think it is a misprint because they have a bunch of them all bagged up, but just in case, maybe ill stock up and freeze some.

Funny you should mention that I was at Whole Foods tonight and saw one Organic Bean for $6.49, Two for $11.59. So you got a deal!!! PS and I've seen them online for $26/4.
