Can you use something else to replace Coconut Water?

I guess I should of said what I was making. I want to make a corn chowder and the it calls for Thai Coconut Water. Do you get it from the coconuts? I have had the worse luck with coconuts. Just want a replacement?

Hi Geri,
I've read somewhere in my many raw books that you can try filtered water with a bit of agave in it for the sweet flavor as a sub.
Also, I've actually taken shredded coconut ~dried mature & then wizzed in Vita mix or any blender with water & then strained to make a coconut type milk.
There is almost always a way to substitute something when making raw recipes. Hope this helps.

I will try the shredded coconut in the blender. See how that works.
You look great in your after picture. Did the weight come off quickly and did you exercise too?
