Before I went raw, I used to take French natural vitamins for getting so called "sunless tan". I love it because the result is absolutely naturally looking, smooth tan. I was wandering, can I continue taking them?

Below is a description. This viitamins called Elusun by Dolisos.

ingredients:Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (alphatocopherol acetate), Natural Carotenes, Borage Oil. Sunflower Oil, Soy Bean Oil, Lecithin, Gelatin Glycerin, Purified Water

"Elusun is a combination formula developed to supply from within the key nutrients that help retain a healthy tan. It also helps to maintain a normal moisture level in the upper layers of the skin. What's best is that Elusun comes in a softgel form that you take internally, so you avoid the streaking and lines that creams and lotions may often produce. Elusun is a dietary supplement designed for healthy skin tanning. Ingredients such as vitamins C and E help combat free radical damage and borage oil contains Omega 3 Fatty Acids for improved skin suppleness. It is rich in marine carotenoids from Australian algae, borage oil and carrot oil macerate and helps to promote a healthy golden glow in the skin. Initial research demonstrated an average of 17% improvement in the golden tones of the skin when this product was taken for four weeks. Dosage recommendations are as follows: If used before and after sun bathing take 4 capsules per day. If used during sun exposure take 2 capsules twice a day. To maintain a tanned complexion throughout the year take 2 capsules per day. "

I have to say that I am a little surprised that the ingredents sound so natural as tanning from the inside sounds so unnatural.

The word "gelatin" gives me the shivers just thinking about what it is. Ew, no. Unless this is a different gelatin, theres no way in hell id touch it

You CAN do whatever you want. If you like the pills and are ok with them, then take them. Easy enough. I'm guessing they tint you a little from the carotenes, just like eating way too many carrots. Seem pretty harmless.

First of all, they're dead; secondly, gelatin is an animal product. Seems to go against the Living Food way of life. Whatcha think?

sounds like you can make your own raw version! let's see, you're already getting plenty of free radical scavengers in your diet, so no need worry there... omega 3s aren't contributing to the tanned look, so no need add that unless you want it for other reasons... looks like you just need to gather some australian algae, and carrot oil macerate (what the heck is that? ground up carrots sounds like. does the algae contribute to the tan? doubt it...)

wait, this is nothing but a big old carrot smoothie! that, or a big carrot juice once a day ought to do the same trick. skip the pill and juice the carrots! you'll get more benefits than just a "tan", i reckon...

Hello friends, I am 21 years old. I would like to take diet pills. I was wondering whether the counter diet pills actually work. I was also wondering what some of the adverse effects of using diet pills are. I've heard that the pills could cause heart problems and metabolism problems. I need some suggestions for some diet pills that worked well and are considered relatively safe. Would you help me?

Let me be the first to say this ( but I am sure that I will be followed by many) DO NOT DO IT.
