New here and new to raw food

I just ordered Alissa's book & DVD. I saw her on Tyra's show. I am hoping to gain energy and lose weight.

I like that Alissa looked so heathly on the show.

It is wonderful that she has shared this site with everyone.

Aloha and Welcome to RFT!! I just met Alissa at the teachers 5 day intensive training seminar in Maine... and let me tell you .... no camera can do that woman justice... She is absolutely BEAUTIFUL.... her skin - OMG - :eek: AMAZING!! and her glow... dear GAWD.... that's what I want :D !!! she's amazing... and the best part of all..

she is very kind and has such an open compassionate heart. As beautiful inside as she is outside... and she shares her knowledge and wisdom so freely - and has a true desire for all her students to succeed. One of the greatest blessings was to attend this class.... truly a life changing experience.

I love it when people say they're getting Alissa's book and DVD because I know that they'll be taken care of and will enjoyy the forum much more. After reading your book, you'll REALLY know what it's all about and if it's for you....if anything you'll be more aware of how great it is to start adding more raw and living foods to your diet but for most you'll just basically be hooked on raw.
