Hi everyone!

I've made it to six days raw! This is the best I've done so far. But today I am really dizzy. I was dizzy on day 4 also but I was able to lay down alot and it got better. Today don't have that luxury. I was wondering is this a detox and what if anything would help. I feel like I'm eating enough, I feel full and satisfied and I noticed I don't have nearly as big an appetite as I do on cooked. This is what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast - 3 - 8 ounce glasses of green smoothie ( containing 3 cups spinach, 1 orange, 1 banana, 2 TB hemp seed, 3 ts coconut oil, 1 TB spirulina powder)

Lunch - 2 cups spinach, 1 tomato and 1 avocado salad.

Dinner - 1/2 cup hummus with flax seed crackers and 1 orange.

Thanks for the help!

I know we're not supposed to deal with calories, but I have to ask are you eating enough (I know you said you're not hungry)? I don't see a lot of calories or good fats which will perk you right up!

I'm sure there are much better opinions than mine since I'm new but I feel like you described when I don't get enough food, especially good fats. Your body needs fat to convert food to energy.

Thanks so much for the response Lore-ah.

I am feeling much better. I just had dizziness in the morning and it went away. I am just trying to listen to my body and give it what it needs. I'm so happy I'm staying the raw course this time!

Do you have any blood sugar issues? I am diabetic so my mind always goes to that first. And I also agree that you seem to be eating a very small amount of food. Carry a snack with you and munch when you get dizzy. If it a blood sugar issue, it usually corrects quickly with the right food. I hope this helps and good luck.
