I did the liver cleanse last night but...

I didnt get any stones, I followed the instructions to the letter.. but what is strange is that its now nearly 12 hours since I drank the grapefruit and olive mixture.. I have been having very mild diarrhoea all day... my last one I think produced some stones am not sure what they where but they where not food, and also very tiny green things only 3 though..

Am just confussed as to why my body is seeming to have a 12 hour delay ?

I would be interested in peoples thoughts too. What program/brand did you follow as this info may help others in their replies.

I did alissa advice only without the 6 day prep

i tried the liver/gallbladder cleanse and ended up throwing up. couldnt handle all that olive oil. frustrating because i put up with the hassle of going through it, then got to the end and couldnt "finish" it and get any results because i threw it up... just couldnt hold that oil down.

Yeah I nearly did threw up but I managed to keep it down,

But I dont feel that good now..

It feels like there is a pressure around my liver and am waiting for a huge BM only theres nothing there cause av been going all day..

Quite strange, I hope it knows what its doing cause I havent a clue

i believe you can pass the stones in the next 72 hours also. May want a colonic to see more of them.
