Just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm Christina from the Top of Alabama. I am 33 years old. I have 3 children that I homeschool. A wonderful husband of 13 1/2 years. I started my raw journey last January ('o7) But not 100%. My goal was to be about 75%. It was amazing, I lost about 20 pounds in 3 to 4 months. I was 125 lbs, now about 105 lbs. I didn't lose it on purpose, but as I detoxed it just came off. I felt wonderful! My thinking was more clear and coherent, I physically felt like superwoman! However, then the Holiday's hit. And they Hit hard! My birthday was in October along with 2 others in my close family, then Thanksgiving, Then Hannakuah, then we go on Vacation the last week of December. My raw has dropped to about 25 to 50% and I feel terrible. I am tring to get re-motivated to do what my body is needing. I would love to be 100% raw. My husband supports me, and has gone almost completly vegetarian so I won't have to cook meat. (ALthough he will eat meat if it is on/in something that someone else makes) My kids are not thrilled with it but they will eat some of the things I make..smoothies, salads...nothing too crazy. I do cook meals for the family every day. Anyway that's me! I look forward to meeting and learning from everyone!
