What type of nut butter...

is the smoothest and *easiest to digest* in your opinion?
cashew, macadamia, almond- I don't know which to choose!

Hi rawerin,

On the one hand, i'd say try them all and see what you like best as far as taste and digestibilty are concerned. But if I had to choose I think almond butter (raw) is the most alkaline so that might be the best for digestion.

Cashew butter feels very lovely decandent and desert-like to me also.
