Hi All, I am thinking about going RAW as I believe that all ailments are due to improper diet and eating junk. I hope to get rid of pain I have had for several years as no one can help me, no one sees anything and thinks I am "nuts"

I have had constant pain in my left eye *I only see out of my right eye - from just after birth*, and anyway, I had started having pain in it about 3 years ago now and it turned out that the cataract that had formed on the left eye over the years became loose, anyway, it was surgically removed and the pain continues to stay. The last 2 weeks has been almost unbarible and is getting worse. It feels like a headache in the back of my eye is the best way to explain. When I press on the outside where the left brow is it is sore there as well. Anyway, started accupuncture last monday so Im hoping within quite a lot of treatments this will help and relieve it, but I also think RAW would help a lot.

Ontop of waking up every morning almost with stomach aches of really nervous anxiety and constantly being nervous and sweating without control, this is very strange for one and is getting worse. I started a multivitamin so far to control this. See how that goes. Its from dr. rowland here in Canada. His RTRE vitamin formula.

Also, constant gum pain by my one tooth, that no one knows what to do about ... it also left side of body as my eye pain. Im thinking something is related there somehow. No I dont have any filings that need to be done, already saw a few different dentist on this topic.

Anyway, that is my list of problems and if anyone has any suggestions go for it and tell me like it is : )

On a side note, my father has clogged arteries on his neck, one side is already closed and the other is getting worse, he is not doing well and has had a few stroke. He isn't having a lot of luck either with doctors. If anyone has any suggestions? He is going to go for Chelation soon I hope!

So ... I wish everyone fun and best of health and may the universe give you all that you desire. As, I'm sure that being on a RAW diet, you are more connected to source not having all the garbage in the system. So, what we think about we bring about - Law of attraction.

Love and Healing.

Oh also, if anyone want to write back forum or email is: dolphinstr@hotmail.com

Aloha and Welcome to RFT Eva!! So glad to have yu joining us. I am excited to hear more as you continue on your journey. You seem to have quite an array of ailments ... it will be wonderful to also hear of the healing that you will experience as a result of Living on Life foods!

As far as your father is concerned, Alissa sells a Theraputic Enzyme in her store that is fabulous... Her very own husband was healed using it - and it is said to dissolve arterial plaque, along with many other benenfits...

it would probably help you too! check it out!!

blessings on your journey - and rawk on!!

Hmmm, where are you located? I am in nny near Watertown....Maybe I can help....Start by poking around here on the threads if it doesn't bother your eyes/head too much....Start by adding some fresh juices....There are some basic necessities you may want to get if you are able....You probably have a blender? A juicer and dehydrator are very helpful but a blender is a start...Try some "smoothies"....Believe it or not a little water, banana(s) and some greens ie spinach are a great combo....looks green tastes great! There are lots of ideas here so search, explore and discover a whole new world + none of us will think you're crazy and all kinds of us have or have had many ailments!!!! Good luck!

:) Hi Eva!! We're practically neighbors!!! I live a little south of Buffalo in the beautiful little town of Springville. In fact, if you've travelled to Ellicottville for skiing (many Canadians do!!), you've driven right past my house!! Don't know if you ever get to Buffalo, but there are quite alot of resources around here (surprisingly!!) for raw foodists. What town do you live in? Good luck on your raw journey!!:) :)

Thanks all for the support and prayers : )

So far Im feeling on top of the world and even lost a few pounds. haha. That went really quick! Almost back to my original high school weight of 125. WOW! lol.

I'm glad I got Mom and Dad doing this too ... they are loving it as well.
This is so exciting, all the different flavours from these raw foods that you dont always notice when you steam them. Hmmm ... could I steam slightly for warmth and would that still be considered RAW?

Oh also.... Rasiaca .. I'm near Parry Sound, so an hour from you. haha. Wild!
We should definately hook up sometime ...
my e-mail is dolphinstr@hotmail.com for anyone who want to add me to msn or facebook or myspace. lol.

Go RAW! : )

Love & Light.

Sounds like you need a tune up lol. Our bodies are much like cars. If you feed it junk.. it won't work very well.

Hi Eva

I hope you've been feeling better. I live near Midland, ON. I have an aunt and uncle that live near Parry Sound.

Vivid Lily -- I was wondering if you could post more information about the Raw Food classes in Newmarket. When (which Saturdays) and where?

thanks!
