Ok so i have been enemzing myself once a week for the past month. I usually do this on Thursday but didn't end up doing it until sunday last week. well i didn't do it yesterda because my last one was on sunday, so today i didn't go all day long. I have felt like i needed to all day and tried and nothing, so i decided to do my enema tonight, well i do about 3/'4 of the dose, and the only thing that comes out is the water. I try and trt for about ten minutes, nothing, and i know i have to go, i can feel it! So i reinsert and put the rest in, this time with a better result but not much better. after half an hour i gave up and here i am now, my stomach is bloated and a little crampy and i HAVE TO GO!! i just can't e\seem to! Has anyone ever had this problem? what do u think and do u have any vice, trust me, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Try lying down for a while...do you hold the water in for a while before releasing? I find that the longer you can hold it in, the more effective.

Be careful...Isn't it true you can actually back things up so high in the colon it can become impacted? That may be the reason for your full feeling etc....Maybe some senna tea or the like would be best right now and some ginger-carrot-apple juice with lime/lemon....Hope you are feeling better! That or a salt water flush....Good luck!

Try twisting. Either laying down or sitting in a chair. Twisting the colon and abdominals will massage and loosen matter. Even just pulling in your knee to your chest while laying down should help. Good luck And belly breathe!

I think there are a couple of bikrim yoga poses that are supposed to get things moving. If I remember correctly they are the ones where you lie on your back and press your legs into your chest with your arms. They usually do it one leg at a time for a minute each and then both legs together on once. You might try that. And then if that doesn't work there is a very gentle tea called smooth move that works pretty well. If all else fails the epsom salt water flush works very quickly (not as gentle!!!)

Good luck.
