I made this yummy strawberry cream. I had soaked 1/2 to 1 cup whole cashews,with 5 dates. I was going to make something choclatey but didn't. I used my small fp. Add the nuts, dates and whole thawed strawberries (maybe 6 or so) Chopped until everything was blended. Yummy!:D It was like ice cream.
Then I quickly made another bacth, but didn't soak the cashews and use nectar instead of dates. Wasn't as good as the first, but was o.k. I put the second batch in the frezzer, just to see what happens to it.
