I've used it as part of a detox class I was taking but never on it's own. I would drink it twice a day - it was like a shot of energy to me.:)

I took it for awhile when I first went raw and thought that superfoods and supplements were necessary. I never noticed much other than a slight stimulatory effect and it was crazy expensive. I feel much, much better now eating a pure, simple 100% raw diet with no supplements of any kind.

I take it on and off. It is rather expensive and I do find some sort of benefit from it (energy and blood sugar). But work up very slowly cause its pretty detoxing.

I'm not sure if you were asking me or someone else, but just in case you were asking me I haven't tried E-3live yet but I plan on getting some next month.

I started taking E3Live about 2 1/2 weeks ago. At their recommendation, I started taking 1/2 tsp. a day, and every 3 days increased it by another 1/2 tsp. I am now up to 1 tablespoon a day. I don't always respond to these kind of products in the good way that other people do, but with E3Live, so far I have felt more energy, and less thirsty in the evening. Prior to starting E3Live in the evening I would be very thirtsty, but the past few nights that has not been the case. I have been thinking about going back on it - for some reason I really liked the taste too! I think I was drinking an ounce or 2 at a time - just a small shot at at time.:p Good stuff!

I used to take E3Live regularly --- I loooved it! The changes I noticed mostly were in my skin. My complexion began to glow (kinda like the same thing raw foods will give you but not as vibrant).

It is crazy expensive indeed... so I stopped buying it (plus shipping to Hawaii was extremely insane -- super expensive!)

If it was less expensive I might start taking it again -- but I'm finding that with the simplicity of RAW FOODS... my body is quite happy and my complexion is improving.
