Spice Bars Recipe

Can someone please post the recipe for Alissa's spice bars?? One of my friends has my book at the moment, but I want to make the spice bars for a dinner I'm going to tonight. The applesauce recipe would work too. Thanks!!!

I think it's great you want to help agumble, but did you ask Alissa's permission before you posted her recipes? These are her recipes, I take it?

Cuz if you didn't and these are hers it's not really Ok is it?

I don't see a problem with this because she already has the book and for those who don't have the book and make the recipe and love it, they might buy the book because as you know it is a GREAT book and I haven't even tried this particular recipe yet. Of course, it is Alissa's opinion that counts because it is her recipe. Isn't this the place we share recipes and if they all have to be our very own originals.....well, let's hope someone responds that knows the rules so all of us that are confused but want to honor the way things should be done, can. LOL....Judith

Oops sorry. I just thought I was helping someone out. I see so many recipes posted here I didn't really know I wasn't supposed to. :(
