Well I am done. I decided to stop at 21 days. I wanted to go longer but decided to stop now. I will do another one in 6 months or so.
You can see my before and after pics at:

I think I did pretty well.
You will also read my reasons for stopping now. Please send prayers and postive energy my way as I enter the land of solid food again. I really do not want to spiral out of control again.

Michele, Congratulations on your 21 day fast/feast. I just read your blog and found it inspirational. I too am just ending a 21 day fast and hoping to be able to maintain a majority raw style. I have actually enjoyed this fast more than others in past - I always fast 21 days in January- and am considering a way to make juice fasting a regular part of each month.
As requested, I do send prayers your way!
May your desire to remain at least 80% raw come easily to you. Stay encouraged!
You look beautiful in both pictures... but the Feast seems to have been beneficial to you. I read your blog and tried to send you an email.
I have a suggestion... Take it or leave it (either way I will send prayers and positive energy your way! ;) )
I noticed that you mentioned a lot of fear and trepidation about patterns you have had before. BUT, you were just on a 21-day Feast! It takes 2-3 weeks to build/break a habit, depending on who you ask. You would be doing a great favor to yourself to bring the positive thinking too. Do this with confidence. Tell yourself, and believe it as much as you can, "I was strong enough to withhold from solid food for 21 days. I have successfully managed to not have cooked food or to eat emotionally for the time it takes to make and break a habit. I now am in the habit of eating for my health. Hallelujah!" Say it often if you need to. You will believe it more every time and build yourself up.
And then if you need to, when you reach for food, ask yourself, "Am I making a new habit or does this match up with the habit I created of eating for my health?"
Simple as that after 21 days of no solids. You have accomplished an amazing feat, and you CAN and WILL have much more control over your health! :D
Well you look good girl!!! Hope you feel just as great.
wow. i can definitely see the change in your face! like others have mentioned, you look beautiful in both! :D
thanks for sharing. i'm a inspirational pics hoarder. :p

You look so different in your after picture! So much healthier!
I found that when breaking a fast, I had to eat less at one time, & it was easier to pay attention to true hunger signals & not get tricked by thirst, or emotional urges to eat.
One things that has greatly helped me in staying raw this time is that I decided to think of myself as a raw foodist who occasionally eats non-raw foods.
I no longer beat myself up when I choose cooked foods, but make sure that if I do, they're not processed junk foods, but still whole foods. So far in this month (actually I began to ease into 100% raw right after Christmas) I've only eaten cooked a few times, less each time, & the last few times I could've, I chose not to, or stopped after just a bite or two, aware my body was saying, "I don't want that in me!"
I know you can do this! Look at what you've accomplished so far!!! You just need to decide that no matter what, you're going to continue to do what is best to heal & nourish your body~
Ask for support when you need it, & always have raw food with you wherever you go, (more than you think you'll need, in case of delays) & wrtite down somewhere the changes you experience as you continue on with raw, to re-read when you're tempted to stray.
You'll be in my prayers!
