I've been 100% raw for over 2 months this time around.

Lately my vision is blurry and then it clears up and goes blurry again.
It makes me kind of nervous, has anyone else had experiences like this after going all raw?
I do wear glasses.

Well, I don't know if it has anything to do with being RAW, but I just went to the ophthalmologist. Most don't go as they should anyway. May be time for a thorough exam? :).

I got perfect results, by the way. Even with some blurring occasionally. In this time where we do lots of work on the computer, it's no wonder. I also read a lot on and off the computer, so eye strain is going to be there.

Just get in lots of nutrients and rest.

I know it's time to go.
And i do stay on the computer reading quite a bit and i broke my regular glasses and have been using the ones out of the store.
