Anyone tried alissa's french fries?

u know that are made out of jicima? i think i may like to try them, what is all you ropinions of them?

I have had them and they are pretty good. Next time I would put them in the dehydrator for a few hours to cut the crispness and make them softer though. For me, the marinating helped a little, but not quite enough.
