I've been working out a lot lately, doing muscle toning, yoga, and cardio. It's all been great. I started the Master Cleanse today and did my muscle toning workout in the afternoon. It was the best workout I've ever had because I felt so in touch with my body and so clear about it. It was an awesome experience. :)

Wow that sounds great.
So interesting. I'm always scared to workout much when I'm not eating solids. Maybe that's just unfounded fear!

I totally know the feeling! My favorite thing to do when I fast is workout! :D

Wonderful to hear! I too usually do my juice fasting day on the days I do Yoga. Something about being in touch with your inner self, that is not clouded by digestion (they say we spent like 70% of our energy just digesting food!)
