Chocolates with Coconut Butter???

Does anyone have a recipe for chocolates using coconut butter? I did a search, but couldn't find one.... Anyway, I remember seeing one somewhere which uses mini ice cube trays for freezing them. Anyone???

Chocolate coconut haystacks from the Rawvolution book...SO amazing.

I don't remember the exact proportions, but you basically mix shredded coconut and carob/cacao powder in a bowl and then add coconut oil and agave/honey, scoop balls out w/ an ice cream or melon scoop, and freeze.
