Hello all=)

I have a quick question.

Do all yall soak your nuts?Do you notice a big difference in how you feel if you just snack on raw nuts? I have been pretty busy as of late and just cannot keep up with sprouting/soaking atm, so I have been just eating my almonds/walnuts/ etc straight on salads and what not- I was soaking and then dehydrating them....I really am not sure if its THAT vital.

I eat about 1/2 c nuts/day, if that matters- mostly walnuts, almonds, and seeds. Cashews sometimes, and macs about once a week.

Quick answer to a quick question :)

Yes and yes.

(Yes, I soak them and yes I feel a difference).

Almonds I soak AND peel the brown skin off. I actually like the taste better. The sunflower seeds I soak in the shells (is that how you would refer to it?) and then eat them.

Usually overnight.

I soak my almonds and sunflower seeds but for me I feel no difference whether soaked or not.

I can tell the difference big time with almonds and brazil nuts, but not with cashews or the other stuff without a skin.
