How long is Miso good? There is no expiration on it..thanks Kim

I have never had miso go bad! It lasts quite a while in the refrigerator. When I first started using miso, I used it once a month or so. After several years, I realized, that I really like the taste. Now, I use it about once every two weeks, but in much larger quantities (rather than just a teaspoon).

yeah ,lol it IS fermented for years ,just keep it clean and uncontaminated - It should be fine ;)
