I am wondering if I have to "sprout" the flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in this recipe before using them? I e-mailed her site but haven't heard back yet. Your help is always appreciated.:)

When I made it, I just used dry, it worked fine and dehydrated pretty fast!
