I'm a 21 year old student from Europe and today I've started my raw journey for the next 30 days. I've been thinking about taking this step for a long time but the fear of failure has always hidered me. I hope everything will go smoothly, because I really want to feel healthy and energized.

I promise you'll love Alissa's book and DVD.....personally, I don't see how you can go raw without it. There's answers to every question you'll have and then some you didn't know you had and success stories and lots and lots of recipes. I think anyone going raw should read her book to truely be informed. Good Luck....Judith:)

I wish you all the best! The fear of failure kept me from trying it for a long time. I waited until I was ready & I haven't slipped up yet. It's a smart thing for many of us, to make sure we're really committed to it. This year can be your best ever!!

Aloha and Welcome to RFT!!

Remember this is a journey... there is no failure ... we simply keep on goin on!

it's kinda like when you were learning to walk --- like most of us - I'm sure you teetered and tottered... stumbled... fell down -- cried -- but eventually - you got back up and kept on goin. Eventually you learned to walk -- run... skip, jump... climb... ;)

this journey is the same way... we are learning truths about real and nutritious foods... we are re-learning many things that were simply patterns and 'the way it was' for many MANY years.... so - it's okay if you find yourself weaving in and out occasionally. You just keep on -- keepin on... try your absolute best to make wise choices - that's a great place to start. Simply think b4 putting it in your mouth.

give it 100% of your effort for 30 days... which in the whole scheme of things --- in proportion to your entire life ... 30 days is a mere blip on the radar... you will not be disappointed - you will be AMAZED at the changes you will experience....

but if you 'slip'... no worries - just step right back in - get right back up and keep on goin!

rawk on -- so glad you have joined us here on this forum.... blessings on your journey -- and enjoy the ride...!!
