Lettuce butts

I have recently found that I really like the bottom part of a head of green leaf lettuce. I used to cut it off, but it is wonderful! Same with celery, bok choy, and other leafy bunch things.

Anyone else find these really yummy?

Yup, me too! I love to just bite the bottoms off, especially baby bok choy and collard stems.
