What's an MC? Oh, is that the Master Cleanse? I've done that several times and love it!

Day one is going well. I did the salt water this morning, which I ABSOLUTELY DREAD!! and nothing happened!! no poopy, I mean. WEIRD!! Is it cause I'm raw and so clean already? All the colonics I've had perhaps?

It usually takes a couple days for the salt water flush to kick in. Just keep doing it (if you can stand it).. by day 3 you should be running to the bathroom several times back to back...
