Lord have mercy one would think I am already informed. Can't find answers to 'do I have to wash organic produce?' on the net or 'is psyllium husk raw?'

You should wash all produce. "Organic" just means it was grown without chemicals.

I have worked on a farm. They don't have bathrooms with running water out in those fields. You don't know what was on the hands on those people who picked your produce. There could also be animal droppings, bugs, worms, etc. You want to wash it. Trust me.

Don't know about psyillium husks. Never used them.

Why not buy psyllium seeds and grind them? Exactly the same thing, seeds are raw and a lot cheaper to buy too :D
