I would like to find a good self-hypnosis program (CD or tape or whatever) to try to help me with my goals on eating properfly, etcetera. Does anyone know of any legitamately good programs out there?

Hi - My response is that I think you should go and see a licensed hyptnotist and have them work with you to create a program that works for you. I say this because hypnosis and even meditation where you are trying to subconciously alter habits can be dangerous if you don't know what you doing.

I don't have any experience in this area but I agree with the above comment. I am going for my first session with a hypnotherapist on Wednesday to address my eating. I can post about it if you like.

Paul McKenna from the UK's meant to be quite good - maybe you could order his CD/book online? But I agree with Stevesgoinggreen - be careful! Good luck.
