I need to make dinner for tomorrow night. I have a food processor, VitaMix, dehydrator, etc., but would rather not use the dehydrator or juicer this time. I do not have a mandolin or spiral slicer. Are there any suggestions for super yummy recipes on the simple side? Nothing from a book because I don't have any of mine with me at the moment. Thanks!!!

snowdrop's sesame chicken sauce with veggies. the recipe is on here somewhere. you can warm it in the dehydrator if you want but you don't have to; makes a yummy stir fry type dish.

Raw tacos!

The only tools you need is a cutting board, knife and food processor.

Romaine leaves = taco shells

Refried beans = sunflower seeds "refried beans" - recipe on RFT

Guacamole = mashed avocado or however you like to make it

Salsa = diced tomatoes or however you like to make it

I like things simple so I just use mashed avocado and tomatoes for my guac and salsa.

I take a large romaine leaf and put a scoop of "refried beans" on the inside, right on the vein, and spread it out. Then guacamole, spread on top of the beans. Then salsa, spread on top of the quac. Pick it up and fold over the leafy side and eat like a taco. Sooooo good it's addicting.

Good luck!
