Glad to have found this forum. As it is I am mostly eating raw having researched the desired nutrition for my health condition (recently diagnosed with MS after a flare up)

Looking forward to learning from all of your wisdom and experience!

Hello! It's great to meet you and welcome to the raw journey! This site is great (i'm a newbie myself and it has been really helpful). I hope you find the info you need. Hopefully someone else on here has experience with MS and raw food, but for sure you will hear lots of stories of illness being healed/prevented by the raw lifestyle.

I'm in Cali too! (southern california, near huntington beach). There are a few meetup groups in Los Angeles for raw foods if you are interested. Just go to meetup.com and search for raw foods with your area code. Good luck! :)

Oh, cool! There are a few great raw places in the LA/ Orange county area, but I would bet there are also quite a few up where you live. San Fran has awesome holistic health places and I find the people up there to generally be pretty health conscious. We are both lucky to live in areas with an abundance of info and food available to raw foodies :) I bet there are quite a few meetup groups in San Fran Bay area too.

I used to live in Mill Valley in the SF bay area. Thats where i discovered raw foods. Did you ever get to Roxanne's before it closed? Her raw Icecreams are now available, (or very soon) in Wholefoods Frozen foods dept. Wish they were here!

I sometimes got raw food delivered by this amazing couple. I think they're still around. Bit indulgent bit sooo good!The bay area is very 'raw foods friendly, lots happening.

I Went to a meeting in the area that a woman that had MS held. She was promoting a healthy lifestyle like this and also The Tibetan healing center where she used herbs while on heavy meds with lots of MS symptoms..she got off meds and her symptoms practically disappeared.

Aloha and Welcome to RFT irinam!! I'm sooo glad you have joined us here on this forum. The fact that you have found Raw Foods is such a blessing ... there have been many testimonys of people that have MS and have been healed through raw foods....


check out beppa's blog.... She went raw a while back and is completely healed of MS.... she is an amazing person --- and has a wonderful testimony. and -- I believe you can also email her through her profile.
