I am planning on having my mercury amalgam fillings removed in the next few months and have been doing some research on the subject. This is an amazing video - evidence of how bad they can be for you:

Wow I was just looking in my mouth counting all my fillings yesterday and thinking I need to call and schedule to have them removed...I just worry about swallowing pieces when they are removing them!:
