I got a fresh one from Whole Foods today...what on earth do I do with it?

I was eating these, canned, in my salads and then stopped b/c I couldn't find them raw. Good to know fresh ones are out there.

Yeah I was so excited! I used to love the canned ones! But I don't know how to cut it up or anything...
