of the products are raw. Does it say raw anywhere on the product? Organic doesn't necessarily mean it's raw. And raw doesn't necessarily mean it's organic.

All the items you have are great however they would need to SPECIFICALLY SAY RAW on the label. I use all those ingredients and they are specifically raw.

I can get the agave, spices & salt in my local but the others I order online through Alissa to guarentee they are raw. In fact I just recieved a box from Alissa last week with cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, cacoa butter and in the past i ordered my carob there too.

So your item choices are good but you need to go that extra step and confirm they are raw. If it does not say raw on the label it not. Even if it does it is still good to sometime check with the company.

Well, it does labeled raw, I just wasn't sure that date sugar is raw ingredient. I do remeber reading in one article that states that no matter what kind of sugar we are talking about, it's still a SUGAR, so in my opinion, it cannot be considered raw by definition.

Ulimana truffles are raw & very tasty. They have some without the date sugar, but it's just a light sprinkling of it. The Goji Cherry has non-raw cherries.
