has any one used cereliac (celery root) to make anything raw?

Oh, is that what celeriac is? I have a raw recipe that asks for some, didn't know it was celery root.

Never tried it though.

I just cut it in sort of sticks. I say sort of because it is rather lumpy and bumpy. Just ate it with other raw vegetables.
