Hi,
I´m actually living at this incredibly beautifull place by the sea- in Germany, so please don`t mind some things I write (allthought I might mean it right away!)

Long story short: 38, was vegan a long time, untill LIFE interferred.

Was not even considering, i had the same autoimmune disease my 7 year younger sister had.(Morbus Chron)

Until, due too x-tra stress, it broke out.

The downwards spiral started- Meds, SAD for maldigestion...

Well, im back on track and feeeling sooo much better:)
