Here's an interesting observation about foods and taste. If you want to find the best tasting greens according to your own taste preference then eat some of each green you are considering and eat it un-masked. Eat it without salad dressing, oil, lemon, ACV, or anything else on it. Just the one green by itself. You will quickly find which greens taste best to you. Now here's the interesting part. Once you have found a green that tastes good to you then you may find that you don't have to mask it anymore to enjoy eating it.

I have always liked vegetables and hated dressing of any kind. It always seems to me that it ruins the vegetables and makes them all soggy. I will sometimes eat salsa on a salad if I am craving Mexican food though.

I know I love romaine, parsley, collard greens, spinach, but hate swiss chard, so far.

I don't find eating some yummy raw dressings as "masking" my food! I love romaine and spinach and will eat it plain, but I also like dressings and sometimes have a taste for that as well.

What a neat idea! I'll have to try it.

I like your ideas and found that eating a raw veggie salad with lemon juice over it was satisfactory and brought energy and a feeling of health.
