Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum! Orange/Strawberries/Apple juiced! I don't know where I've been people? How did I miss the juice factor all these months? I bought a food processor before I bought a juicer and I would advise others to do it the other way around. What I am doing technically is called: Modified juicing which means I am drinking all these fabulous fresh juiced drinks which I juice myself and if I get really hungry and it starts to bother me I will eat an avocado (so far I've only needed one), a banana is good too, but I have not needed one. The juicing is raw of course and is seriously helping me to get back on the raw food track and what I'm even more excited about is knowing that once I break the fast (that's if I do who knows I may turn into a liquidarian) I am responsible enough now to turn to raw food. Never again will I be able to stomach the Master Cleanse which I did for 11 days three years ago and turned right back to SAD because I did not know any better and now I do! It has been quite a journey so far for me and what I see myself doing in the long run for a balanced raw food diet is adding alot more juicing. I would really like to hear about how often everyone else juices and how much it is a part of your raw food diet.
