Well, I can't say as I am too worried about it, but have always wondered if anyone else was like this. Other raw foodies I have met always say how their body no longer needs alot of food...that eventually you get to the point where you just graze on a few sprouts and whole fruit in a day. I actually know a very long-term raw foodist that does exactly that, plus does many juice fasts in between!

Now that is intense. I am starving just thinking about that. I still prepare substantial meals (though it is MUCH easier and faster now) and am still a running joke at work due to the fact that I am always eating. And I don't mean just an apple or handful of cherries

Its no biggie. In my own experience, if a went for long periods just juicing......or mono-eating soft fruits.....the stomach would have a tendency to shrink......and thus the great feeling of 'crisis' hunger would mostly not be there....and a person would feel much more comfortable with only a small amount of food. I imagine this would take time....as it did in my case.....along with developing an internal cleanliness and clean lifestyle that gives rise to an excellent absorption of the nutrition that one IS taking in. Just my opinions.

I've been 100% 7 months. There was a period of time where I wasn't eating much and I was worried I wasn't getting enough calories. So I started eating more and now I eat pretty much all day long. I think I'm addicted to food again..
