Do any of you holisitic health wise women out there know what coconut cravings mean? Not that it matters, I just seem to be on a little bit of coconut bender over here. My lunch:

2 young thai coconut shakes
One Lucky Duck Raw Blonde Macaroons
Oh So Fudgie Raweos

I know it's Raw Comfort Food but I am not even beating myself up about it right now....it's just too yummy!

I have been really craving coconut during my recent pregnancy. It is weird because I usually don't crave them but I can't get enough right now.

I love to just take a spoonful of coconut butter. It really hits my craving!!

my filipino neighbors used to bring me a coconut to drink and eat every few days when i was pregnant. it made me feel so nourished! i love coconuts!

sometimes i go on coconut benders too. i like to open a date, take the pit out, squeeze an almond and a little dab of coconut butter in there, slather the outside of the date in a bit of coconut oil, close it up, and roll it in shredded coconut. wow!
