Dry Eyes.....

THe last couple of months I have noticed that my eyes are quite dry and my optician said it to me a few weeks ago when I went for a check-up. The problem is usually aggravated when I wear my contact lenses. The thing is, I don't want to use eye-drops, firstly because they're unnatural and unnecessary chemicals which I don't want to put in my body and also because if I start using them my eyes will become dependent on the drops and won't correct the problem themselves.

So I'm basically wondering if anyone knows any natural remedies for dry eyes...

I don't understand this. You don't want to use eyedrops because they're unnatural? And yet you wear contacts? What is natural about those?

i have this problem too. my ayurvedic practitioner gave me castor oil and i put a few drops in my eyes each night before bed (if you do it during the day it makes your vision kinda crazy). it has really helped me!
