Tribest personal blender

I ordered the Tribest personal blender the other day, would appreciate ideas for using it. I plan on keeping it at work to make green smoothies.

Sounds like a GREAT idea...having a Blender at work, although I know nothing about the Tribest. WHATEVER keeps you RAW.......Go for it......Have a RAW Day.

Just do what you'd normally do ~ only in smaller amounts. Get some soup recipes. Make up some "dough" before-hand then mix up some fruit and make a "pie". I use mine for grinding flax seeds as well.
