...I'm interested in this, is there a thread somewhere that tells the details of how to do it.....or should I get the book? if so, which one?...........and do you really pass tons and tons of black poops???!!! Geez, scary to know that is all inside me somewhere!!!........thanks for any and all info!!!!:D
