Does anyone know if any of the nuts/seeds you can buy at the Bulk Barn are Raw? I know they have nuts/sunflower/pumpkin seeds etc, most not cooked, but are they actually raw?
Thanks

I shop at the bulk barn all the time. You need to read the labels because most of it isn't raw but they do sell raw peanuts, almonds and every kind of nut and seed you can find there.
If its roasted or blanched or seasoned don't buy it.

I agree with trinity. And if it doesn't say raw on it, I bypass it! I've only bought raw pistachios there, but they were delicious!

I just got back from my trip to the Bulk Barn - the one near my house had lots of raw to offer. I picked up some raw sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews and peanuts (only nuts I can eat). I must say, I have never actually had raw nuts and seeds before, but after one taste I am hooked.....Yummy
