This past weekend I ate more SAD than I usually do, I was between 30% and 60% raw the whole weekend.
Yesterday I ate about 95% raw, and so far today I'm at 100%.
But I feel really cruddy, and have an upset stomach. I feel like I should eat something to help ease it's pain, but I don't want to eat the wrong thing. I'm hoping this is detox, and that it will pass soon.
At the moment, I'm at work, so my food options are limited. I have an apple, banana, grapefruit, cucumber, some kale, a few different Larabars (Cherry Pie, Chocolate Coconut Chew, Lemon Bar and Pecan Pie), and some sundried tomato bread available to eat.
I've been drinking water, but I don't want to drink any more until my stomach gets something more solid in it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

bananas usually help me. but just eat one and wait about 15-20 min to see if you want more that way you don't get more of an upset stomach.
Eating less or not eating for a short time is okay... Your body could just need the break! Otherwise ... for me ... what is usually okay if my stomach is not feeling too happy is bananas, avocados, papaya, mango, cucumbers, most juices. NOT beets or spices, not nuts and heavy stuff (excepting the avocados)...
And a peppermint tea usually helps too. I have not been drinking herbal hot teas the last few days as I had been for most of the time I've been raw, although that was okay. I've now been making the tea like iced tea by putting a touch of stevia and cutting up peppermint leaves. It's really soothing for an upset tummy.
Hope you're feeling better soon.

Thanks for your help guys!
I had a banana for breakfast, so I was slightly concerned about adding any more of what's already in my stomach. I'll certainly remember the banana fix for next time though.
I opted for the apple. It seemed to settle my stomach pretty well.

If you had some ginger, I would suggest a thin slice of that and suck on it. I was feeling a bit off a few weeks ago--upset tummy or something...that seemed to do the trick. It wasn't pleasant, but it wasn't horrible either.
But otherwise, I stock up on eating the banana--b/c sometimes when my tummy is upset--I just feel like I need to give it something else to do.:D

ginger tea! very very soothing for a belly ache and helps to aid the digestion process.
maybe just take it easy on your system-fruit, salads, juice, and smoothies. try not too eat many nuts and seeds.

Hi :)
Just a thought, a little late I'm sure but... every time I eat a Larabar I feel kind of sickly after. I read you mentioned that you had them and thought, "Oh! Don't eat those!!" :D I would stick with the watery fruits, easy to digest.:)

Larabars always made me sick so I don't eat them anymore. Ginger or peppermint tea with about an inch of cut up ginger root settles my stomach every time.
