Raw carob?

I saw a bag full of organic carob at the health food store, is that the same as raw carob or should it say raw on the bag? Whats the difference?

It should probably say raw although you never know. You could email the manufacturer. Who is it made by?

The brand is shiloh farms. I just checked their site, says nothing about raw. I'll have to keep searching I guess

I buy raw carob powder from goldmine organics. It's fantastic. I believe www.naturalzing.com also carries one.

I sent an email to the company, they responded very quickly said yes that there carob is raw, yay!

Yay, that's super easy getting it right there.... Just wanted to share that Alissa has it too for anyone who doesn't have it at a store close by. I know hers is raw. :)
