I have so much work to do in the next few weeks - it's 12:20 AM and I probably won't be sleeping tonight. I can't just fall asleep when I get home from school because I have too much work to do. Does anyone have any suggestions for energy that will keep me awake, alert, and able to do work for the next 24 hours or so? Thanks so much! <3

Oh dear! I feel for you my friend. Do you have any wholefood raw powder supplements in the house? If so, try taking some. Also if you have a rebounder you could go jump on that for a while. Otherwise try doing a few set's of jumping jacks to get the lymph going......or marching in place and moving the arms up and down. Good Luck!

bump...I have ten hours of work and eight hours in which to get it done (provided I don't sleep at all) AND tests tomorrow!
HELP. What should I eat to keep my energy and brain power up?

i dont know if this will work or if it will make you crash worse, but i find 20 minute power naps reallly help when im trying to do stuff like this. you could maybe sleep a BIT longer, but the shorter ones really seem to help and dont put you in "danger" (at least for me) of accidently sleeping a couple hours and waking up feeling worse than you would have if you hadnt slept at all.

Whenever I do that I can't bring myself to get up. I'm looking for food-related solutions. Thanks SO much though! It might work if I weren't so lazy! :P

Guarana is a natural stimulant, you can buy it raw, that WILL keep you awake!:D
Raw chocolate keeps some people awake also.i find the actually beans have more of an effect than the cacao bars.
