I responded to a post by tvillemom about acorn squash. I figure no one will really see it so i had to make a new post. YUM soooo good!

I didnt have tarragon so i made it a dill sauce, I substituted with probably a cup of fresh dill, maybe more. I used less nuts, 1/2 cup, about 3/4 cup of water and a little psyllium powder to thicken.
I don't really use tamari so i used just lots of lemon for the mushroom marinade.
It is so tasty! I always wanted to find something to do with those pesky (I cut myself quite nicely preparing it) squash.
I hope someone tries it!!
