~so this is my fourth month of being raw and WOW all my initial detox symptoms are now subsiding yayyyyy! so for all you new rawies out there BELIEVE ME it your acne WILL clear up!!!! mine was so bad and now my skin is looking beautifully clear and glowing!........BUT my awesome friends.....~

~my hair is suddenly starting to produce crazy amounts of dandruff!~could the detox have danced through my skin and other areas and now expressing itself through my scalp?~i mean has anyone experienced this?~ ~ i have long dark thick wavy hair~i never use to get dandruff before and YES i used to use mainstream chemically composed shampoos~but since going raw (4 mnths) i have been using shampoo by www.morroccomethod.com and UGH after 2/3 days of washing my hair my scalp is full of dandruff and it smells!!!:( and what baffles me the most is that i use coconut oil occasionally too!.....any thoughts?

patience~patience~i know~

love&peace to you all

me too! well me was... :o

my mom told me to wash twice & no matter what, my head would still stank! it was horrible! so i thought since my hair was going to be yuck anyway, i might as well go no poo which i did. for the first couple of days, still yuck but at least i didn't have any tangles. then someone mentioned if i was using the right amount of acv & baking soda which of course, i was not. uh oh.

just did a wash + rinse today. my scalp might be lightly stinky, but i don't smell anything. so that's a good sign. the ends of my hair are tangly, & i think it's probably b/c i didn't pour the acv so much on my ends.

patience or try no poo. :p i'm sure there are other alternatives out there. i also have long hair!

Hi. I've also gone into no-poo since 2 weeks back. I will like to use acv and baking soda to rinse my hair. Appreciate advice as to how do I use it and how much should i use? I have to meet clients in my work and don't fancy meeting them with greasy hair! :)
