Needed: the best raw birthday recipies

My birthday is coming up and I want to be prepared. Last year I caved to family tradition/pressure but this year I want to do it myyy wayyyy (ah, Sinatra).
So please post your favorite birthday recipies. I'm mostly interested in desserts. Ice cream and chocolate are my favorites but I'm open to everything - meals too. And if you have pics, all the better.

OMG, this is soooooooooo decadent.... Alissa's Grezzo Chocolate Fudge Cake and soooo EASY to make.... my birthday is next week, and I made it early cuz I just couldnt wait..... you won't be disappointed :eek:

Wow! great ideas! I turn the big 40 {yikes or wow I dunno yet, maybe a bit of both!} and have been wondering what to make...it's gonna be ALissa's Grezzos chocolate fudge cake fore me!!! :D
