Well...today was a little bit of a challenge, especially around dinner time when everyone else wanted a meat product. Let me tell you its definitely not easy to go from a non vegetarian/vegan to raw. Hopefully things will get easier!

Well I started out weighing myself and I was 132.0, i'm hoping to get down to 110, which will put me in a healthy weight range. I feel like so far this way of living is absolutely beautiful and I hope that it will clear up my complexion/skin a bit.

Meal Plan as Follows:

Breakfast-
Banana

Lunch-
Mixed fresh fruit bowl from publix

Snack-
Grapes and Tomato, very good sweet and salty combination btw

Dinner-
Salad with romaine, tomatos, black olives (in a can), chickpeas, raisins, pecans and olive oil and lemon juice and i also had the rest of the box of raisins and some more pecans!

I've also had like 3 bottles of water today which is probably a first for me!

Vow! 132 lbs. That would be the upper limit of healthy weight for me.
I'll be there by this time next year.I weight 230lbs right now I want to lose at least 100 pounds.

You will be down to 110 lbs in no time.
Just 1 advice if you don't mind.Skip the canned olives, they have table salt and preservatives.Try to find olives in the refrigerated section where the cheeses are.I found raw, organic olives there at Safeway and I was so happy.
Yes they are much more expensive than the canned but your health is worth it.
