Does anyone know if borges walnuts are technically raw?
How can you tell if a walnut hasn't been heat treated?

Hmmm...I don't know what Borges walnuts are. I assume Borges is a brand name?

Hi!
Yeah, Borges is a brand name. I get them here in Spain. They're an American company so I figured they'd be quite well known. I guess not.
I email them but they haven't gotten back to me yet.
Are walnuts normally truly raw or are they another nut to watch out for? Should I buy them in their shells then crack them myself?
Thanks in advance.
