Not sure of the question. All my smoothies contain bananas.

All of my smoothies contain bananas too, it's what gives it that smoothie, ice cream, shake type consistency. Then I add stuff from there, if I want rassberry, I add rassberries, blueberries, you add bluberries and so on. You can use water, nut mylks, orange or apple juice etc to blend it up. Oh, by the way to make the consistency that I mentioned above they need to be froozen bananas.

Well, I often put banana in my green smoothies, because it makes them creamy and sweet, but otherwise, I love banana/cacao smoothies made with vanilla hempmilk. Mmmm...

This is what I have for breakfast every single day.
Blend together 1 banana,1 orange (peeled and torn into sections but don't juice it,use it as it is with the white stuff on it after peeling)6-8 strawberries or a handful of raspberries or any other kind of berries,1 cup of water.
This makes a wonderful, thick, yummy smoothie. When I can't buy fresh berries,I use frozen organic ones with nothing added.
As soon as I open my eyes in the morning I crave it.And I used to eat Cheerios with cow's milk before. Now the thought of cow's milk makes me want to throw up.

oh wow.. looks great...
i will definitely have it in my breakfast tomoro.. ;)
Alissa once made me the absolute yummiest banana smoothie ever. I've morphed it just because that's what I do with recipes, so I'm trying to remember exactly what she had in it... I think it was something like this... you'll have to experiment with amounts, but I think the ingredients were just bananas, dates, cinnamon (and of course water/ice). I've added nutmeg to, and maybe a little vanilla.
The fun of smoothies is you just look around and see what you've got, then throw it in the vitamix :-)
